Species: Psilocybe Cubensis
Available In: 1G, 3.5G, 7G, 14G and 28G quantities
As the name suggests, this species finds its home in the amazon rainforest where climate conditions, rich food supply, and humidity are quite beneficial for mushrooms to grow very large. This species of cubensis holds a powerful place in Aztec and Mayan cultures as it was the mushroom, the priests and the powerful of the ancient cultures consumed in order to commune with the Gods. These rituals included religious ceremonies, family healing rituals, and even human sacrifice – as they believed that offerings to the Gods would bring great harvests, spiritual cleansing, and even cure disease.
Much like the other species of cubensis, these mushrooms have a light brown cap and tend to fruit in large clusters, but they grow much taller – sometimes reaching 12inches high. As they are cubensis, they have an average psilocybin content of 0.63% per 1 gram of dried weight.
